Stunning
Precision is the key. Follow every instruction to the letter and you will achieve the best results. My first attempt went horribly wrong due to the unexpected increase in heat. Tried again the following day, PERFECTION. The Blueberry and Rhubarb are just sublime. Can't thank Tine enough, helping me achieve something I should've started 40 years ago.

Perfect recipes, with endless combinations
I purchased this very informative ebook, and was totally delighted with the very comprehensive way each, and every stage of making the mouthwatering fillings was explained. So easy to follow and all of the ingredients were readily available. The flavours were delightful and literally sang on your tongue. I have had to make them all, several times as they were so popular with everyone that tried them. Tine is a very talented Chocolatier, and creative artisan. I highly recommend this book to everyone, you will not be disappointed.
