This e-book contains recipes for fillings for my interpretations of three different summer desserts - as a chocolate bonbon:

Blueberry Tart
Intense blueberry compote with a - at the same time - firm and creamy coffee ganache and a layer of cocoa shortcrust crunch.

Rhubarb Trifle
Firm and sour/sweet rhubarb compote with vanilla ganache and a layer of a macaron-based filling.

Strawberry Cake
The most delicious strawberry caramel with both a layer of chocolate ganache and a creamy mazarin ganache.

Each of the three chocolate bonbons contains three different fillings.

The three summer dessert bonbons are bursting with flavour - both from the blueberries/rhubarb/strawberries (you can use frozen or fresh) which are included in the first layer of each of the chocolate bonbons and from the other delicious fillings, including the tasty and velvety ganache, cocoa shortcrust pastry crunch and macaron base.

The shelf life of the three chocolate bonbons is a minimum of 45 days (stored at 16-18°C or cooler).

The e-book "SUMMER DESSERTS - in a chocolate bonbon" does not contain instructions for tempering coloured cocoa butter and chocolate.

Well written and informative recipes. The clear to follow format is unfussy and welcomed. All recipes I have created have turned out as stated in the book.

Perfect recipes, with endless combinations
I purchased this very informative ebook, and was totally delighted with the very comprehensive way each, and every stage of making the mouthwatering fillings was explained. So easy to follow and all of the ingredients were readily available. The flavours were delightful and literally sang on your tongue. I have had to make them all, several times as they were so popular with everyone that tried them. Tine is a very talented Chocolatier, and creative artisan. I highly recommend this book to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

These recipes, are a very comprehensive guide, are so well explained, and easy to follow. Tine talks you through all aspects of the process, which many videos from other Chocolatiers online skirt over. Highly recommend this, you wont be disappointed.
