This e-book contains recipes for fillings for my interpretations of three different summer desserts - as a chocolate bonbon:

Blueberry Tart
Intense blueberry compote with a - at the same time - firm and creamy coffee ganache and a layer of cocoa shortcrust crunch.

Rhubarb Trifle
Firm and sour/sweet rhubarb compote with vanilla ganache and a layer of a macaron-based filling.

Strawberry Cake
The most delicious strawberry caramel with both a layer of chocolate ganache and a creamy mazarin ganache.

Each of the three chocolate bonbons contains three different fillings.

The three summer dessert bonbons are bursting with flavour - both from the blueberries/rhubarb/strawberries (you can use frozen or fresh) which are included in the first layer of each of the chocolate bonbons and from the other delicious fillings, including the tasty and velvety ganaches, cocoa shortcrust pastry crunch and macaron base.

The shelf life of the three chocolate bonbons is a minimum of 45 days (stored at 16-18°C or cooler).

NB:
The e-book "SOMMERDESSERT - i en fyldt chokolade" does not contain instructions for tempering coloured cocoa butter and chocolate.

Kan bruges på utrolig mange måder
Meget inspirerende opskrifter og igen forholdsvis nem at gå til. Smagene kan kombineres på mange måder. Det eneste jeg er lidt ked af er, at jeg har svært ved at finde enkelte af produkterne. Jeg har rendt hele min by rundt efter pektin, men det er ikke lykkedes mig at finde det. Heldigvis er det jo at finde på nettet.

Virkelig lækre opskrifter. Jeg har brugt dem som små desserter, man kan virklig smage på de små mundharpe, og at der er lagt liv og sjæl i at lave dem og at der er kræset for indholdet. Jeg har lavet dem for familie og kolleger, som er ligeså begejstret for dem som jeg selv er, men bliver stolt og så er der lange holdbarhed på opskrifterne.
