This e-book contains recipes for fillings for my interpretations of three different summer desserts - as a chocolate bonbon:

The three summer dessert bonbons are bursting with flavour -
both from the blueberries/rhubarb/strawberries (you can use frozen or fresh)
which are included in the first layer of each of the chocolate bonbons and from
the other delicious fillings, including the tasty and velvety ganaches, cocoa shortcrust
pastry crunch and macaron base.
The shelf life of the three chocolate bonbons is a minimum of 45 days (stored at 16-18°C or cooler).
The e-book "SOMMERDESSERT - i en fyldt chokolade" does not contain instructions for tempering coloured cocoa butter and chocolate.
