Terms and conditions for purchase and use of e-books

These terms and conditions apply when you purchase and use e-books from Tine Prefers Chocolate (TPC) through the web shop at www.tinepreferschocolate.dk. By placing an order, downloading, and using any e-book from TPC, you accept the terms and conditions described below.

www.tinepreferschocolate.dk is owned by TPC, VAT no. 43427695.

The webshop is intended exclusively for private consumers. No sales to businesses.


1. Payment and delivery

Payments can be made using VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (not available in Scandinavian countries).

Prices are listed in either Danish kroner or US dollars, depending on your language settings. All prices include VAT.

A download link to the purchased e-book(s) is sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been completed. If you experience issues accessing your file, please contact TPC at info@tinepreferschocolate.dk.


2. User rights and copyright

The e-books are strictly intended for personal use by the individual who purchased them. You are (of course) very welcome to use the recipes and techniques in your own chocolate creations – including for sales.

However, it is not permitted to:
– share, forward, or lend the e-books digitally or physically
– use the e-books in teaching, courses, workshops, online classes, or any other educational or commercial context
– publish any part of the e-books – including text, recipes, images, or design elements – without prior written permission from TPC

All content in the e-books – including recipes, techniques, tips, images, and design instructions – has been created and written by Tine Forst (founder and owner of TPC).

Any resemblance to other materials is purely coincidental or the result of using well-established chocolate-making techniques that are widely used across the craft.

Copyright to all content belongs to Tine Forst, and the content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written permission from TPC.


3. Disclaimer

TPC's e-books are developed to inspire and guide you in the art of making chocolate at home. All recipes and instructions have been thoroughly tested and written with great care, but results may vary depending on equipment, ingredients, experience, dedication, and working environment.

Use of the e-books is at your own risk and based on your own judgement.

Neither Tine Forst nor TPC can be held liable for any damage, loss, lack of results, or errors that may occur from using the content provided.

Any outcomes described in examples or customer testimonials are illustrative only and are not guaranteed.


4. Right of withdrawal and happiness guarantee

As digital products are delivered immediately, they are not physically returnable. Therefore, if you are an EU citizen, your right of withdrawal lapses once the e-book has been downloaded – in accordance with EU consumer rights law.

However, TPC offers a full happiness guarantee to all buyers, regardless of geographical location: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact TPC at info@tinepreferschocolate.dk within 7 days of your purchase, and TPC will issue a full refund – no questions asked.


5. Complaints

As digital products do not involve physical defects, standard warranty rules do not apply. If you experience technical difficulties when downloading or opening your file, please get in touch at info@tinepreferschocolate.dk and TPC will assist you.
